Recycle Hub
Platform Agreement

Terms and Conditions

Clear rules for using the Recycle Hub Bangladesh platform responsibly, from account access and waste submissions to inspections, reporting, and certificate verification.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the platform. By creating an account, submitting a waste request, or otherwise using Recycle Hub Bangladesh, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms.
1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Recycle Hub Bangladesh, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you use the platform for a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.

2

Accounts and Access

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration and company information.
  • You are responsible for protecting account credentials and for activities performed through your account.
  • You must promptly notify Recycle Hub Bangladesh if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
  • Account access may depend on verification or approval of supplier and business information.
  • You must not share access with unauthorized persons or attempt to access another user's account.
3

Platform Services

Recycle Hub Bangladesh provides a digital workflow that connects manufacturers and suppliers with handlers, recyclers, and platform administrators. Features may include waste request submission, pickup coordination, inspection records, status tracking, environmental reporting, notifications, and certificate management.

The platform supports coordination and record keeping. The exact scope, timing, pricing, and availability of collection or recycling services depend on the accepted request and the parties assigned to it.

4

Waste Submissions

  • Submitted waste details, categories, classifications, quantities, locations, photographs, and notes must be accurate.
  • You must disclose known hazardous, contaminated, restricted, or specially regulated materials before collection.
  • You must have the right and authority to submit the listed material for collection or processing.
  • A request may be reviewed, rejected, rescheduled, or cancelled when information is incomplete, inaccurate, unsafe, or operationally unavailable.
  • After submission or an administrative status change, editing or deletion may be restricted to preserve operational and audit records.
5

Pricing, Pickup and Inspection

  • Estimated prices are based on submitted information and do not become final until confirmed through the applicable platform workflow.
  • Pickup dates and times are subject to scheduling, access, safety, transport, weather, and operational availability.
  • You must provide safe and reasonable site access and ensure the material is ready for collection.
  • Final weight, accepted recyclable weight, rejected or contaminated weight, quality grade, and payable amount may be determined after collection and inspection.
  • Where submitted and inspected information differs, verified inspection records may be used for final processing, reporting, and pricing.
6

Certificates and Reports

Recycling certificates and impact reports are generated from platform records, including submitted data, inspection results, accepted recyclable weight, and configured environmental impact factors. A certificate is valid only when its status is shown as issued and its verification code is confirmed through the official Recycle Hub Bangladesh verification page.

Certificates and environmental estimates must not be altered, misrepresented, or used to claim outcomes beyond the information recorded by the platform. A certificate may be revoked if it was issued using inaccurate information, used improperly, or affected by a material record correction.

7

User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or unsafe activity.
  • Upload malicious files, interfere with security, or attempt to bypass access controls.
  • Scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform except where permitted by applicable law.
  • Misrepresent waste origin, ownership, composition, weight, inspection results, or certificate status.
  • Infringe intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights.
8

Availability and Third Parties

We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security updates, network failures, storage providers, payment services, transport providers, or other third-party services may affect availability.

Third-party handlers, recyclers, and service providers remain responsible for their own acts, regulatory obligations, safety procedures, and service performance, subject to any separate agreement that applies.

9

Disclaimers and Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the platform and its content are provided on an "as available" basis. Environmental impact figures are estimates derived from recorded operational data and configured factors; they are not a substitute for an independent audit, laboratory analysis, legal opinion, or regulatory certification unless expressly stated otherwise.

Recycle Hub Bangladesh is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, service interruption, inaccurate user-provided information, or third-party conduct, except where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

10

Suspension and Termination

Access may be restricted, suspended, or terminated where necessary to protect users, platform security, operational integrity, or legal compliance, including for inaccurate information, prohibited activity, misuse of certificates, unpaid obligations, or material breach of these Terms.

Records may be retained after account closure where reasonably required for completed transactions, certificate verification, audit history, dispute handling, security, or legal compliance.

11

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in platform functionality, operational practices, or legal requirements. The updated effective date will be shown on this page. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
